The terms under which Asmiretek Private Limited provides the ASMIRETEK platform. Using the service means you agree to what follows.
The service
ASMIRETEK is an IT asset and infrastructure management platform that tracks hardware and software assets, predicts end-of-life, monitors license compliance and infrastructure health, and generates procurement requests. It is provided by Asmiretek Private Limited.
Accounts and access
To use the service you create an account. You are responsible for the credentials issued to your organization and for the activity under them. Keep them confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for managing assets your organization is entitled to manage.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not use the service to store or process data you have no right to handle.
Predictions and flags
End-of-life predictions, compliance findings, and health alerts are decision support, shown with the reasoning behind them. They are estimates based on the signals available, not guarantees. Final decisions on replacement, licensing, and infrastructure remain yours, and we recommend applying your own judgment before acting on a flag.
Plans, trials, and fees
Plans are sized by the number of devices under management. Trials let you evaluate the service before committing. Fees, billing cycles, and any move between tiers are as set out in the plan you select or the agreement we reach with you for Enterprise use.
Your data
Your asset records and account data remain yours. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your inventory and history if you choose to stop using the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and dependable, but it is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may affect availability from time to time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ASMIRETEK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including decisions taken on the basis of a prediction or flag. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Either party may end the arrangement in line with the plan or agreement in place. On termination, you can export your data within a reasonable window.
