The engine tracks laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers, along with the software running on them. Prediction is strongest where usage and health signals are richest - laptops, desktops, and workstations - and coverage widens as more signal accrues for a device class.
Is a heavy agent rollout required to get started?
No. You can begin from the sources you already have and expand coverage as you go. The aim is value early, not a months-long deployment before you see a single flag.
How does device count work across plans?
Plans are sized by the number of devices under management. If you grow past a tier, you move up to the next one - the grid and your history carry over untouched.
What are the contract terms?

Can we move data out later?
